Orders & Payment
Orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect or we cannot verify the transaction.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery is 10–15 days after dispatch. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they remain unworn, unused and unaltered. Bags must have no obvious wear or damage. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy.
